Achieving a total turnover of 24.7 billion Euros and employing a direct labor force of around 95,400 in 2010, German aerospace industry does not only represent a national key industry. Moreover, combining almost all strategic key technologies, it is also a warrantor for Germany’s international technology leadership and export success. Aerospace industry functions as a significant driver of economic growth and delivers leading-edge products for commercial, para-public and governmental demands worldwide.
