Maini Precision Products Pvt Ltd (MPP) including its subsidiary company in aerospace Maini Global Aerospace Pvt Ltd (MGA) have created another landmark and on 10th of February 2011, entered into a Long Term Agreement with the Munich based aero-engine major MTU Aero Engines. The contract involves precision aero-engine components for the major engine programs including GP7000, V2500 & EJ200. These engines are being used in A380, A320 family & combat aircraft Eurofighter Typhoon. It is a multi-year, contract that will place MGA as a strategic supplier in MTU’s supply chain.

Maini Precision Products Pvt. Ltd (MPP) is the flagship company of Maini Group. The Maini Group is a fast growing and multi-facet group, based at Bangalore, is engaged in manufacturing of high precision and innovative engineering products. MPP is headed by the energetic and dynamic entrepreneur, Mr. Gautam Maini and has a global customer base, that exports high quality precision components and sub assemblies world over which meets stringent quality requirements of OEMs.

MGA has been assessed by MTU over last one year and selected, as Partner Company in India to meet its stringent quality and delivery needs.

The contract was signed by Mr Gautam Maini and Mr Naresh Palta on behalf of Maini group, and by Mr. Theodor Pregler, Senior Vice President- Procurement & Logistics and Mr. Johannes Bloch, Director Procurement- Discs, Rings & Assembly Components on behalf of MTU Aero Engines.

Mr. Gautam Maini said that “Maini Precision Products along with Maini Global Aerospace have worked very hard to lay the right foundation for an exponential growth in future in the area of Aerospace and Defence.
