Kalyani Group and Technodinamika, the holding company in Russia decided to come together to form a strategic partnership for producing the undercarriage systems in India for all types of aircrafts. A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to create a strategic partnership to explore the mutually beneficial opportunities was signed between the companies.
It was mutually agreed that Technodinamika will contribute in terms of theire xpertise in design, manufacturing, assembly and testing of main & nose landing gears for the Helicopters and other type of aircrafts and Bharat Forge will contribute in terms of its repository of knowledge in the field of forging, machining and metallurgical capabilities.
